Deposit
A percentage-based deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied to your service total.
Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that window, your deposit is forfeited.
No-show
There is no separate no-show fee. Your deposit covers it.
Service adjustments
Need to change or add a service? Let us know at least 24 hours ahead so we can protect enough time in the schedule.
